Thrilling day with Siberian Husky and snowmobile safari (Small group)

After the wonderful morning adventure with Siberian Huskies, you get to warm up in a local restaurant enjoying a delicious Laplandic lunch.

In the afternoon, we put on our helmets and hop on to the snowmobiles. The snowmobile safari takes us through the Lapland’s beautiful frozen river with surrounding pristine forest.During both activities, you get to make stops in the snowy surroundings and take pictures on your device to save the memories forever!

Before the departure, our guide gives you guidance on driving, so no previous experience needed! Driving is quite easy to learn, however, it requires a valid driving license from everyone hopping to the driver’s seat of a snowmobile. Please take your license (or a picture of your license) with you to the safari.

Depending on the day, the order of these activities can change.

Total duration: 7 hours (incl. transfers)

Program duration: 6 hours (incl. huskyride, lunch and snowmobile safari)

What is included: Thermal clothing (overalls, shoes, gloves, hat), guidance in English/Finnish, self-driven husky safari (about 7-10 km, depending on the weather), snowmobile safari (about 1,5-2 h), snowmobile equipment, lunch in a local restaurant and traffic insurance (maximum personal liability €1000).

Available: Daily at 9.30-15.30 (1.12.2024 – 31.3.2025, depending on the snow situation).

Price: 318 €/ adult and 223 €/ child (4-12 years). Solo driver +120 € extra/ adult. 

Not recommended for children under 4-years-old.

Transfer: 40 €/ reservation.

Attention: To drive a snowmobile, a valid driver’s license is required. Child price entitles children to a seat in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by the guide. Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, when paying the adult price.

Minimum participant number 2 persons. Please be ready about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time, thank you!

Pick-up points: Husky Park and Glass Resort at 9:00, Hostel Café Koti at 9:10.

Meeting point: Hotel Metsähirvas at 9:30.
