We do not offer free pick up for this tour as meeting is directly at our office in the city-centre where we have our bikes. Pick ups may be arranged at extra costs.
Please dress appropriately according to the weather with warm but comfortable/breathable clothes : you may rent winter clothings sets and boots from us for 5€/winter set. Shoes should be adapted to snow conditions and biking. We also recommend to take extra snacks and water if you feel the need to.

The experience is always private. We recommend to book in advance, as availability may be limited in peak seasons.
A minimum of 2 paying adult participants is required for the guided tour to operate. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the group is too small. For rental option, no minimum is required.
If you are a solo traveler, you may join a departing trip or we may organise the tour only for you at an additional cost. You may also rent your own bike directly in our online rental shop and collect them in our office in city centre (address : Jaakonkatu 4-6, Rovaniemi ).
The fatbikes are 26”, which equals to 28” standard bikes. Minimum size required is 155cm (160cm min. for comfort). Children can join the tour if they comply with the minimum height. We also rent cart for young children ; the cart may accommodate 2 children of less than 22kg each – please contact us beforehand. In this case, the family tour cannot be in the forests but only around Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village.
Please dress appropriately according to the weather with warm but comfortable/breathable clothes. Shoes should be adapted to snow conditions and biking. You may rent winter overalls and boots from us (5€/winter set). We also recommend to take extra snacks and water if you feel the need to.
Departure is always from our office in city centre (Jaakonkatu 4-6, 96200 Rovaniemi). Hotel pick ups outside the city centre can be arranged at extra costs (please request it in advance).
