Join us on our favorite day out to an exciting reindeer safari! Sit comfortably in a reindeer drawn sleigh, enjoy the piece of Lappish nature, take photos of the snow cover forests and untouched wilderness around you and listen to the sounds of the reindeer walking on the snow. The reindeer herders have prepared us some coffee with a cinnamon bun on a campfire and share stories of reindeer husbandry in Lapland. Did you know that there are more reindeer than people living in Lapland?

It's very important to dress yourself warmly. It is always better to have too many clothes than too little clothes. We are offering for the excursion: overall, winter shoes, woolen socks, gloves and scarf. You should have your own hat.

If you will come to Raitola with your own transfer, and you will need our winter clothes, please come here 30 minutes before the excursion starts. In case you will not need any extra clothes then 10 minutes before the departure time will be enough.
Wear always warm clothes, gloves and a hat. Skiing/winter clothes are recommended for all our tours. We are providing overalls, shoes and gloves if needed.
Pick up places
– Santas Hotel Santa Claus (city center) 45minutes before the departure time, so at 13:15.
– Santa Claus Holiday Village reception 30minutes before the departure time, so at 13:30.
Choose the right pick up place and mention separately that you will need a pick up. Transfers purchased are always back and forth.
Raitola is located about 15 km from Rovaniemi city centre.
