Nordica Design Residence

Nordica Design Apartments are 1-bedroom apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floors of new residential complex “Nordica” opened in November 2019 in the heart of the city center. We also have  private parking places in the house parking hall available at an extra charge. Studio apartment is located on the 6th floor and has a french balcony with windows facing the city street. Penthouse apartments are located on the 7th and 8th floor, from where you can enjoy a truly unsurpassed panoramic views above all the city roofs to the Lappish nature and wilderness. Just in front of the house you have a great view of two biggest Lappish rivers Ounasjoki and Kemijoki joining in one and passing under a monumental Lumberjack’s Candle bridge. On the other side of the river lies a beautiful Ounasvaara fell.

All apartments have open balconies and panoramic windows panes from floor to the ceiling (2,7 m high).

Apartments are well equipped and feature home design products and tableware from the top Finnish designers Pentik and Iittala.

Going exploring what Rovaniemi city has to offer cannot be easier: the complex is just few meters from the main pedestrian street Koskikatu, where you will find great options for dining, coffees and shopping; city museums Arktikum, Pilke and Korundi, Martiini old knife factory are just a stone’s throw away.
