The apartment (22m2) is located in the brand new building (09/2021), a short walk away from the city centre and restaurants. A large supermarket with a large deli counter and other services is just around the corner. Bus and train stations nearby provide easy access almost anywhere you want to travel.

The rental unit is located on the second floor of the building, the main doors of the house are locked throughout the day. The apartment consists of a small entrance hall, living and dining area with TV, a cosy sleeping alcove with comfortable bed, small kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and a large balcony with a fabulous swinging chair for two people. Rooms are furnished thinking of cosy, comfortable and lovable stay.
