Picture an ice-skating trail in the peace of Lapland’s wintry woods. In Kotatieva you can experience the magic au naturel! Doesn’t matter whether you are a complete beginner on the skates or an ice hockey icon you now have the opportunity to enjoy our breathtakingly beautiful snowy leisure park. We lend you the necessary equipment if you didn’t bring your own.

Kotatieva Winter Leisure Park is about taking in the fresh outdoors in form of energizing activities without distractions of the town. Beautiful and calming nature invites you to experience the Finnish winter in a way a local enjoys!

In the evenings we arrange Aurora Skating programme which is meant for small groups by bookings.

We also have a traditional, wood heating log sauna. Outside there is a hot tub. There is only one sauna and hot tub booking available per evening or day to assure a private experience for you.
