Kayak Experience – Paddle into Arctic Silence
Looking for a 100% private experience? Contact us (price on request).
Our double-seater kayaks can accommodate 2 adults and 1 small child (under 1 meter tall). They are spacious, stable, and ideal for beginners or families.
Each booking includes:
– Kayak rental (stable and comfortable for up to 3 passengers)
– Lightweight paddles
– Life jackets for all participants
– Guided kayaking tour in small or private group
– Stop at a private laavu shelter by the lake
– Hot drink and snack by the fire
– Safety briefing and basic paddling instructions
– Optional round-trip transportation from Rovaniemi
🕒 Total duration: approx. 4 hours (including transportation)
🕒 Time on site: approx. 2 hours
The total time includes transfer from Rovaniemi city center (round trip), instructions, kayaking, and a break at the laavu.
⚠️ Participants must be able to swim. Minimum age: 6 years old.
You must bring suitable clothing and a change of clothes (if needed).
Swimwear if you wish to swim.
The pickup and drop off from Rovaniemi center is optional. Please take the option if you don’t have rental car.
